Lost administrator password

This works only here, at the Argos computer. Argos writes a one-time code to a file in the Argos folder; you open the file, type the code here and choose a new password for an administrator account. The code lasts 15 minutes and works once.

Your backup codes - for the day the phone is lost, flat or left at home. Each works once, in place of the six digits. They are shown this one time: write them down or print this page, and keep them somewhere other than the phone.
